Unless otherwise agreed, our products are supplied on the following terms.
You can send your order online any time of the day or night using the shopping cart. However, if you prefer, you can phone your order through on 022 187 1077 or contact us via email email@example.com , or through our Contact Us Page.
All goods must be fully paid for before dispatch - NO exceptions, sorry
All transactions will be carried out in New Zealand dollars.
We accept Credit card payment via Paypal - Paypal does not require account login, it is simply a secure means to accept credit card payments. You can pay on the My Angel website knowing your transaction is secure and safe through PayPal!
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to vary our prices from time to time.
Delivery and Freight Charges
Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of payment, except where an ordered item is out of stock. We do not guarantee supply of any item listed on the website. On the odd occasion your item is out of stock we will contact you personally with options.
We use Fastway Couriers for premium shipping and New Zealand Post for standard shipping to deliver your order. My Angel has flat rate shipping of $5 per order for standard shipping or $7 per order for premium shipping (within NZ) so you can purchase with confidence. My Angel does not courier to rural delivers (RD) addresses. If you select premium as an option and have an RD address, we will package your order using premium packaging and Fastpost your order to you.
Freight costs quoted for delivery within New Zealand and Australia are automatically added to your online order at the checkout. International orders, other than Australia, may incur extra delivery charges, please enquire for a delivery quote.
Please note that it is your responsibility to inform us if the delivery of your ordered goods should be late, damaged or incorrect. Our contact details are found on the Contact Us Page.
We endeavour to keep our online shopping site as up to date as possible, however, sometimes we cannot accurately forecast customer demand. In the event that you order a product that is not in stock, we will notify you by phone or email. With regards to payment, if you are paying by credit card, your payment will be refunded promptly if you cancel your backorder.
We guarantee our products against defects in materials and manufacturing faults for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. (unless defects are natural, as in the gemstones)
Definition of a fault - An unexpected deterioration in the product that will shorten the lifespan or performance of the product.
For goods that are deemed to be faulty we will:
Give you a Refund;
Replace the goods;
Refunds or Credit Notes: may be given for returns of unused items in original condition returned within 30 days of purchase. Unwanted goods must be in a re-saleable condition. You must contact us if you wish to return a product. Unauthorised returns are not accepted.
Replacement: We will replace products that are deemed to be faulty as long as they were purchased within the last month. In the case where we are out of stock on the item requiring replacement we will contact you to discuss options.
**We will require proof of the purchase date so keep your order number (in email).**

PLEASE NOTE: On jewellery items we hold no responsibility if the thread has been forcefully tightened causing the ring to snap. As stated in the instructions accompanying each pendant, they are made with a precision thread and only need to be firmly finger tightened to remain waterproof and secure.
NOTE ON GEMSTONE ITEMS:
Gemstone are formed naturally over billions of years, therefore the colours inside natural gemstones are mixed and the surface texture is formed naturally and not always dead smooth. Although most of our products are well machined leaving a smooth finish, occasionally when creating the shape out of the stone, naturally peices flake away or bumps are left. Inside these natural treasures you may see natural cottons or ice cracks. This is what we call imperfect beauty. Just like the case of liking someone, if you like him or her, you've got to accept his or her imperfection because no one is perfect, let alone the gem formed billions of years ago. Please understand the characteristics of the natural gem, that seldom do 2 look exactly alike - their beauty is how natural they are!
We have used our best efforts to ensure that the products recommended and stocked by us are fit for their intended use, however, we do rely on the manufacturer's accurate information for us to assess their product. The customer is responsible for determining whether a particular product is fit for use in their circumstances.
